SY 2019-2020

Tuloy Foundation – Pampanga Learning School contributes to national development through the provision of Literacy and Continuing Education Program for its clients in Angeles City, through the Tuloy Pampanga Learning Project (TPLP) in partnership with City of Angeles Deped Division of City Schools ALS and Hardworking volunteers of Pampanga.  Tuloy Pampanga takes a proactive stance to aleviate poverty and Improve the quality of life of the Filipinos through education.
